AED Trainer 3 (FR3 Trainer)
The AED Trainer 3 prepares emergency responders to use the basic functions of the HeartStart FR3. It simulates 8 ERC/AHA compatible training scenarios for a realistic training environment that includes shock delivery and CPR.
Features:
• Guidance is delivered through each step of the training scenario, with the same voice prompts as the FR3 AED. Like the FR3 AED, the AED Trainer 3 can be customized and updated. Configure the CPR metronome or choose default language as desired.
• Training scenarios and speaker volume can be controlled via the up/down keys or remote control. Pause/resume feature allows the instructor to manage the learning experience and test students’ response to a variety of situations.

Infant/Child Key FR3

This is the secret that makes the Philips HeartStart FR3 AED so cost effective to own. Other AEDs use pediatric electrode pads for use on children. It means you’ll have to regularly replace them just like adult electrodes pads. The FR3 uses a “key” that when inserted into the device, converts the FR3 into a pediatric defibrillator.

To use the Philips HeartStart FRx AED Defibrillator SMART Pads on Infants and Children the Philips HeartStart FRx Infant/Child Key (separate purchase) must be inserted in Philips HeartStart FRx AED Defibrillator (861304).
