Extra Ergolift is the powered version of Extra track assisted stair chair with the same main structural features: lightweight aluminium alloy frame, rear bar and front telescopic handles, practical covered armrests and frontal turnable footrest, long and high-grip sliding tracks which always allow to work on three steps and 4 wheels, two rear fixed Ø 200 mm and two front rotating Ø 125 mm diameter.
The real innovation of Extra Ergolift is given by the electric motor that moves the tracks up and down the stairs without any effort by the operator. The motor is activated by a wireless console. The battery ensures an high autonomy and, in case of sudden discharging, this device will allow to safely completing the service. Extra Ergolift loads up to 230 kg. It is completed with two practical armrests and a telescopic rear bar covered by a high comfort sleeve. Turnable footrest with magnetic locks and innovative bio-mechanical solutions, complete the characteristics of this new rescue device. An integral body harness made from 25mm web with crutch padding and adjustable foot support with padding for extra security and to stop body slip while all the main casualty securing cross straps are of 50mm webbing with adjustable two piece clip buckles.
The SAR Evac has a width of 68cm across both the shoulder and hip areas and is 205 cm long giving more security and protection to the casualty.
